A new cosmetics hub

Natura is the biggest Brazilian Cosmetic Brand and Producer. The products are worldwide famous and made with the finest Brazilian fruits, seeds and plants. It started as a small company, where products were sold by representatives and not in stores. And it still works like that until today. But, with the internet rising and people shopping online, a new demand came along. So they implemented a new system, where you can buy online, but as you buy, it’s actually beeing sold by one of the online representatives. So they wouldn’t kill the business.

At some point, they had lots of different online sites. One for online shopping, another for information about the products, another about environmental issues, one for the sellers and so one. Too many to keep up. The project here was to unify all of them in one hub. When you log in, it knows your profile and directs you only to information regarding your experience.

With lots of UX and UI, we also had to unify selling a product, branding, environmental information, beauty tips, and lots of content in a smart way, creating a whole new buying experience. This experience also shapes up to the kind of shopper you are, depending on how you navigate or how you got to the website, giving you a more direct and organic shopping experience or a more playful and informative one. In this one, you could lose yourself navigating through beauty tips, interesting articles, information about health and so one. Also, responsive to all kinds of devices.

Here you can see the difference between the same product page for 2 different shoppers. On the left, there is more information, videos and articles, for an experience shopper, who likes to make some research before buying. And on the right there and related products, what others preferred, ways to save, for a more practical shopper.
